At Northern Iron, we want to help make your space everything you envision it to be. Whether your bathroom needs a refresh or your kitchen isn’t doing it for you anymore, we’ll help get it down to the bones so you have a clean slate to create. We also understand that things happen, clutter piles up, and there aren’t enough hours in a day. We’re here to mentally and physically take that load off your hands.   • Demo & clean up

    If you’ve been wanting to make some changes to your home and property but don’t know where to start, we’re here to help! We’ll tear down anything from an outdated kitchen, to bathrooms, flooring, decks/fencing, hot tubs, and outdoor structures; and all that debris will come with us! Once we’re done, you’ll have a fresh start to make your space uniquely yours!

  • Estate Cleanouts

    Cleaning out an estate can be a hard job, both emotionally and physically. We’re here to help get the job done with the utmost respect and efficiency. From old furniture & broken down appliances to forgotten trinkets we’ll take it all off your hands.

  • Garage clean outs

    If your garage has become more of a dumping ground than a space for your toys and vehicles to live, we would love to come help you rectify that situation.

  • Appliance & Electronics

    Old Tv not working? Fridge not doing its thing? Drier somehow leaving your clothes wetter than they were before? Clunky broken down appliances taking up way too much real estate? Not to worry we’re here to take them off your hands.

  • Furniture

    If your dogs have gotten to your couch, your love seat isn’t in love anymore, your table is on its last leg, or it’s just time for a change, let us take your unwanted furniture off your hands. If we can repurpose it and give it new life we will, or we’ll make sure it is properly disposed of.

  • Garbage & yard waste

    If you’ve got more yard debris than yard, or you’ve gotten the clean everything bug and now you’re stuck with more garbage bags than you’ve ever seen…don’t stress, just point us to them and we’ll make it disappear.

Check out this list if you’re unsure about an item you want taken out of your hands. If you can’t find it on here, send us a message and we’ll be happy to let you know we want it, or point you in the right direction if it is something we are unable to safely dispose of.

While there isn’t much we don’t want…there are a few things that are too dangerous for us to remove. If you have any of these items we are happy to guide you towards a safe disposal.

  • While we want your construction debris, we can’t take any materials containing asbestos mold or lead.

  • Paint, paint thinners, stain or any containers used to house these materials.

  • Motor oil, filters, empty oil containers, and cooking oil waste.

  • Propane, aerosol, helium, gasoline, butane, turpentine — and any containers once containing these products.

  • Expired medication, used bandages, syringes, needles.

  • Car batteries, antifreeze or coolant, pesticides and fertilizers, fluorescents, household corrosive cleaners (drain cleaner, bleach, tile & grout cleaner etc).
